Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of OnDemo (the "Service"), operated by Bilva Media Tech (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using OnDemo you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity on your account. Keep your password safe and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not use OnDemo to record or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of recordings and files you upload. You grant us the license needed to store, process (including AI processing), and display your content solely to provide the Service. Public share links make the linked recording viewable by anyone with the link.

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST in India).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the registered office of Bilva Media Tech (OPC) Private Limited.
